Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Production Control Analyst to support the flow of engine assemblies and components through manufacturing. You will track work orders, monitor daily priorities, and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, supply chain, or related field.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems or production tracking tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, scheduling, or operations concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communicationskills with ability to work across multiple teams.
• Ability to follow structured processes and support production priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, production planning, or supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Track engine assemblies, subassemblies, and components through the manufacturing process.
• Monitor daily production priorities and support execution of scheduled work orders.
• Identify issues that may impact production timelines including shortages and holds.
• Support daily production meetings by gathering updates and communicating priorities.
• Escalate production risks to supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
• Help track production metrics such as schedule adherence and WIP status.
• Assist in coordinating recovery actions when schedules fall behind.
• Maintain accurate work order data within ERP/MRP and MES systems.
• Ensure production priorities are communicated to shop floor personnel.
• Support data entry and reporting related to production performance and throughput.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production flow.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
