Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership with focus on team development and performance management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles; Six Sigma a plus.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries.
• Experience with Epicor Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules aligned with business goals and customer demands.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Work with customers to meet on-time delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to achieve production plan goals.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements.
• Develop tools and processes to mature the planning function.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout production.
• Prepare and present reports on production metrics to senior management.
