Job summary

NE-XT Technologies, a precision aerospace manufacturer in Windsor, CT, seeks a Manager of Supply Chain & Program Management to lead sourcing, planning, inventory, supplier performance, and program execution from NPI through production.

The role collaborates with customers, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Business Development to ensure schedules, costs, risks and commitments are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and experience.
• Proven supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and delivery assurance experience.
• Experience supporting NPI, FAI, engineering changes, and production launch activities.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead crossfunctional programs from contract award through production and delivery.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and other resources to meet commitments.
• Drive program reviews, risk mitigation, and recovery plans.
• Oversee NPI activities including material availability, tooling, and production launch.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements and customer milestones.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track cost, schedule, quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Quality and Operations to translate contracts into executable plans.
