Qualifications

5+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
Epicor Manufacturing ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans and schedules that align with business goals and customer demands.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes.
Partner with customers to meet on-time delivery expectations.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend process improvements.
Design and mature production planning tools and processes.
Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout the production lifecycle.
Prepare and present production metrics and reports for senior management.
