Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in production planning or related field.
Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of MRP concepts.
Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity.
Monitor work orders and production progress to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
Review material shortages and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
Create, release, and maintain manufacturing work orders within the ERP system.
Support production readiness by ensuring materials, work orders, and planning data are accurate.
