Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with field relevance.
• Minimum of 5+ years Production Planning experience with 2+ in manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel formulas, look-ups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite material flow to meet production schedule.
• Execute MRP messages to push, pull, or release work orders and release manufacture orders.
• Collaborate with teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals; ensure follow-through.
• Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages and notify Sales of impacts.
• Proactively coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to meet schedules.
• Follow all policies; initiate changes to improve processes.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and propose solutions in meetings.
• Other duties as assigned to meet department and facility goals.
