Ace Precision in Oconomowoc, WI is hiring a skilled Production Planner to coordinate product flow within assigned part classes to meet cost, quality and delivery objectives. You will maintain ERP records, align material deliveries with purchasing and production, and ensure routings and sketches are accurate before shop floor release.

The role requires an Associate degree and 2+ years of production planning experience; proficiency with Windows and Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business/production management.
• 2+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ERP records and coordinates with purchasing and production.
• Reviews material requirements and ensures on-time deliveries.
• Reviews routings and sketches for errors before shop floor release.
• Tracks production status and supports schedules to meet delivery goals.
• Supports audits and ensures inventory accuracy in the database.
