Qualifications

• 2+ years of production planning, MRP, and scheduling experience in an assembly-line operation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and analysis of production and inventory data
• ERP experience and strong understanding of MRP and production scheduling
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST-- manufacturing, industrial, electrical, mechanical or similar
• Strong analytical accuracy, organization, and cross-functional communication
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense or other highly regulated industries such as med dev or automotive manufacturing
• Familiar with Power BI
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics is highly preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Active Greencard holder with the ability to obtain clearance after being hired.

Responsibilities

• Own production schedules aligned with customer orders, forecasts, inventory, material readiness, and capacity
• Prepare dashboards and reports for production planning, capacity, procurement, and inventory decisions
• Create, release, maintain, and monitor ERP manufacturing work orders and schedule attainment
• Identify material shortages and coordinate recovery plans with Procurement, Inventory, Production, Engineering, and Quality
• Maintain BOMs, routings, and planning parameters; monitor consumption, output, and order performance
• Resolve cross-functional scheduling and production issues while adhering to planning and operational procedures
