Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies designs and manufactures tube and duct assemblies for demanding environments. The Production Worker role focuses on supporting manufacturing outputs in Kirkland, with responsibilities across production processes, material handling, packaging, and recordkeeping.

The position emphasizes safety, willingness to learn multiple tasks, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with potential overtime and weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely stand/walk 8–10 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly, 75 lb occasionally with assistance
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and handle PPE comfortably
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts

Responsibilities

• Support production processes, material movement, packaging, and recordkeeping
• Assist machine operators and adapt to multiple tasks as needed
• Ensure end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity and quality of outputs
