Qualifications

• 10+ years of management and supervisory experience, with 5-7 years in manufacturing (aerospace preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations for the Troy, Alabama facility handling aerostructures.
• Lead salary and hourly manufacturing employees in assembly of airframe components.
• Develop and implement process improvements for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, Quality, and Logistics support.
• Manage direct and indirect costs and monitor customer deliverables.
