Castelion Corporation is seeking a Production Technician to drive high-rate aerospace assembly of mechanical and bonded components. You will execute complex builds, help standardize processes, and contribute to the production area setup for efficient, high-volume output.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to controlled procedures. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, the ability to interpret drawings, and familiarity with gauges, torque tools, and MES systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Familiarity with torque and mechanical tools (gauges and indicators).
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications; complete travelers; use visual aids and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 35 lbs; walk on uneven terrain; perform repetitive motions.
• A&P License preferred for aerospace manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex aerospace mechanism, bonded, and mechanical structural assembly builds.
• Perform repeatable, high-quality assembly operations meeting pace, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Develop and transition build processes into standardized instructions for high-volume output.
• Assist with tooling, fixtures, workstations, and production infrastructure.
• Perform surface prep, adhesion application and casting operations.
• Run functional testing and document results per controlled procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, yield, line balance, and efficiency.
• Maintain well‑organized, safe production area and calibrate shop equipment as needed.
