Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking a high-caliber Production Manager ATP/ Ground check in Irvine, CA to lead ATP and ground-check activities for unmanned aircraft systems. You will oversee R&D, LRIP, and demo avionics builds, and drive the transition to full-rate manufacturing.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strong technical acumen in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment, reporting to Manufacturing and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in aerospace production, avionics environments, or environmental testing.
• 4+ years in a formal manufacturing leadership or technical program management role.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace quality standards, safety guidelines, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• ATP Planning: schedule and lead system-level Acceptance Test Procedures to ensure flight hardware meets requirements.
• Lab Management: oversee daily test lab operations, scale infrastructure and automate tests to maximize throughput.
• Blocker Resolution: drive cross-disciplinary investigations and resolve hardware/software anomalies discovered during testing.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
