Job summary

SpaceX is hiring a Production Coordinator (Booster Structures) in Hawthorne to support Starship production. You will coordinate part movement, maintain inventory data, and develop reports across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams in Hawthorne and Starbase.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and timely delivery of components. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma with 1+ year of administrative experience, familiarity with MS Office, and ideally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience supporting departmental administrative processes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing.
• SQL and Tableau experience.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery.
• Push/pull physical movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, or work centers.
• Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-time.
• Ensure parts are handled and protected per SpaceX specifications.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data with teams.
• Resolve incorrect system data driving inappropriate demand or schedules.
• Update and utilize metrics to drive results with production personnel.
• Support action item updates and reports for internal and customer use.
• Assist with work order management and inventory purge actions.
• Organize production tooling and calibration library.
• Support projects and productivity initiatives within production cells.
