Job summary

Infosoft, Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support our Global Supply Chain team in the Goods Movement department. This in-office role focuses on production control, material planning, and timely release of work orders in SAP and MES to meet shipping dates.

This 12‑month assignment starts at 25 hours per week with potential to move to 40 hrs as workload allows. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping, track material flow, and help resolve

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing, including but not limited to electric carts, forklift, reachlift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for material requirements to support production control.
• Expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between departments.
• Assist in identifying shortages and take corrective action.
• Use knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering to alert authorities.
• Release and close manufacturing work orders in SAP and MES.
