RTX is seeking a qualified candidate for an onsite Program Manager role in Middletown, CT. The position involves coordinating with PMO and PDC to execute F135 production requirements, report progress, and maintain historical data. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in engineering or related field with 8+ years of PM/Contracts/Operations experience, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business, Training or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of Program Management, Contracts, or Operations experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Mansioni

• Lead PMO coordination with PDC on production delivery planning, status, risk identification, and recovery mitigation.
• Support PDC to document engines sales for production delivery execution.
• Lead regular coordination with Lockheed Martin to assess and mitigate propulsion supportability risks.
• Create and update presentation material to status production deliveries to senior program leadership.
• Direct engagement with Joint Program Office and DCMA to support contract negotiations and delivery of production hardware and engines.
