Qualifications

• High school diploma with post-secondary courses or equivalent experience.
• Must possess site-defined certifications.
• Knowledge of board assembly process and production flow.
• Ability to set up, operate and maintain soldering and testing equipment.
• Strong communication and team-lead skills; problem solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, disassemble, test and repair aircraft components per procedures.
• Operate automated assembly equipment and perform hand soldering as required.
• Perform machine and line setups, preventive maintenance, and feeder repairs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure quality under deadlines.
