Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Production Assembly Lead - Aerospace in Plano, TX. This role coordinates parts through departments to meet schedules, supports QA, and leads a skilled team in assembly and testing of aerospace products.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep knowledge of electrical components and technical drawings. ERP experience and mentoring abilities are required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ERP environments (e.g. Syteline).
• Proven production assembly experience and knowledge of electrical/components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and RMR procedures.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts through designated departments to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain workflow and quality.
• Monitor line performance and report safety, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Mentor and train team members on assembly procedures and technologies.
• Support RMR processes with accurate documentation and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic components as needed.
• Read bills of materials and technical drawings to guide assembly.
• Set up tools, jigs, and test equipment for accurate production.
