Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications or vocational training in related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions and procedures.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Able to use hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical/electromechanical assembly per instructions.
• Inspect own/others work for correctness per drawings and procedures.
• Record production time and quantities; monitor process specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in required events.
• Assist with simple welding, brazing, soldering; operate light machinery as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies; comply with schedule and attendance requirements.
