Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Production Assembler I at our Lynnwood, WA location. The role involves performing assembly tasks under supervision, preparing and inspecting components, and operating machinery in a high-volume environment.

You will follow documentation and safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Preferred candidates hold IPC Soldering Certification and are willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading comprehension of work-related documents.
• Basic computer skills required (e.g., basic software).
• Ability to interpret production/engineering prints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare, clean, inspect components and subassemblies.
• Set up and operate equipment and machinery in the assembly area.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow health and safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Report any issues affecting quality to lead/supervisor.
