Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Production Assembler I (Contract-To-Hire) for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm). You will perform assembly per military and/or other standards using visual, verbal, or written work instructions. The role requires 0–2 years in manufacturing, a HS diploma, ability to read engineering prints, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Overtime may be required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret production/engineering prints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.
• US Persons may be required for ITAR access.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare, clean, inspect components and sub-assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies.
• Set up and operate equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures for hazardous chemicals.
• Identify and report quality or process issues.
