Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking candidates for the AMTP Production Assembler training program in partnership with SPC. Trainees will learn soldering per IPC standards and build circuit card assemblies under supervision before transitioning to a production role.

Participants must read English instructions, work with a microscope, pass a color vision test, and commit to a 4x10 schedule with overtime.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand English instructions.
• Able to work 4 days x 10 hours with overtime and weekends.
• Able to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Must pass vision test including color.
• Has basic computer skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Train in AMTP and advance to Production Assembler role after completion.
• Assemble circuit card assemblies following work instructions and blueprints.
• Follow company policies; maintain safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
