Job summary

RTX invites students for internships, co-ops and full-time roles. This co-op will be based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, with a Hybrid work arrangement and a January–June session.

Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering degree program, possess U.S. citizenship, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. The program offers hands-on mentorship within a leading aerospace and defense company, emphasizing safety and innovation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer or Software Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical and mathematical modeling to solve problems.
• Support system design integration and requirement management.
• Attend group meetings, teleconferences, and training.
• Make minor changes or enhancements to systems and processes.
• Support project management activities and related duties as needed.
