Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is offering a hybrid internship/co-op position for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering students. The program runs January to June, with on-site requirements in Puerto Rico and no relocation assistance. Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerothermal services ensuring on-time delivery and technical quality required of work performed.
• Perform low to medium complexity steady state and transient performance comparison packages which can include data vs. simulation, model to model, control to control, and engine to engine.
• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or trainings required.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
