Job summary

Moog is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Product Engineering for the Military Aircraft Group. The role is onsite in Torrance, CA, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Enrolled in an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering program with a 3.0+ GPA is required, and relocation for the internship is expected. The internship involves supporting production programs, evaluating equipment, and contributing to key engineering tasks while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Military Aircraft production programs at the Design Center and Production Center.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet production requirements (fixtures, tools, test equipment).
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
• Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
