Job summary

Moog Military Aircraft LLC is offering a summer 2027 internship for an Electrical Engineering student. The position is onsite in Torrance, CA, reporting to an Engineer Sr. Staff.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in EE/Computer Engineering programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and willingness to relocate for the internship. The role involves supporting electronics product design tasks, with exposure to FPGA/MATLAB/embedded software, circuit analysis, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Computer or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree program at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA required per department.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to preparation and execution of electronics product design tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers.
• Work on electrical/mechanical design, circuit/ multi-physics analysis, and/or FPGA/MATLAB/embedded software development and testing per education.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary team member and represent Moog professionally.
