Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a spring block intern for the Actuation Engineering team in the Military Aircraft Group. The onsite Torrance, CA internship focuses on contributing to new product development and providing technical support within a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must be enrolled in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering at BS/MS level with a 3.0+ GPA and be able to relocate for the internship. Moog emphasizes work-life balance, inclusive culture, and relocation assistance for full-time

Qualifications

Enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering bachelor's or master's program.
GPA at least 3.0; exact GPA to be specified by department.
Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Professional disposition, effective communication skills, and teamwork in Moog U.S. Internship Program.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of new products, components, or assemblies.
Work may include conceptual or detail design, proposal design, or part selection.
Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a creative, independent team and represent Moog.
