Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) is seeking highly motivated students and recent graduates to join our Early Career Program in Georgetown, Texas. This program aims to build a talent pipeline across functions supporting development, manufacturing, and delivery of aerospace and defense solutions.

Our ADS division designs and manufactures interconnect, electronics, and system solutions for aerospace, defense, space, and industrial applications.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited institution.
Demonstrated leadership through academic, work, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Support projects that create value for customers and the business.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, product management, and commercial teams.
Analyze information, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Present recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders.
Participate in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
Gain real-world experience in a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
