Job summary

Molex ADS is seeking motivated students and recent graduates for its Early Career Program in Georgetown, Texas. The program aims to build a talent pipeline across functions supporting aerospace and defense development, manufacturing, and delivery.

You will support projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze information to identify improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced aviation manufacturing environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2029
