Job summary

Molex’s Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division seeks an Operations Manager for the Georgetown, Texas site. You will lead day-to-day manufacturing, drive safety, quality, and throughput, and partner across functions to scale operations to support growth and new capabilities.

You will coach frontline leaders and shape staffing, processes, and equipment readiness to meet future demand. This role emphasizes delivering reliable production, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and developing frontline leaders.
• Experience in growing, changing, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Experience partnering across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions.
• Experience using data and structured problem solving to identify root causes and improve performance.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development.
• Translate business and site priorities into clear expectations and actions for manufacturing teams.
• Establish operating rhythms and performance measures for accountability and execution.
• Identify operational constraints and partner across functions to implement sustainable solutions.
• Support growth and ramp-up of Georgetown operations including staffing, processes, equipment readiness, and production capability.
• Provide input into expansion activities to understand manufacturing requirements, risks, and resources.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and manufacturing teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and onboarding.
