Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform coating operations such as painting pins and collars and other coating applications.
• Read blueprints and job routers to ensure specifications.
• Operate spray equipment, bake ovens, and lube tanks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report repairs to supervisor.
• Handle chemicals safely per regulations.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain equipment and monitor performance.
• Follow HSE policies and training requirements.
• Participate in waste reduction initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
