Qualifications
3+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably within aerospace, defense, or precision machining.
Strong understanding of GD&T and process documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Develop Bill of Materials and efficient manufacturing workflows.
Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Lead root-cause investigations and drive process improvements.
Support CNC machining optimization and new product introduction.
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with standards.
