Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machining/manufacturing engineering in aerospace or precision industries.
• Hands-on experience developing machining processes and tooling.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (AS9100, NADCAP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-precision manufacturing processes for rocket hardware.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues.
