Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in aerospace manufacturing. This hands-on role focuses on die line removal, filing, and finishing of ceramic core parts, with opportunities to expand into CNC machining as needs evolve.

You will inspect parts, follow precise work instructions, and use micrometers and calipers to ensure high-quality outcomes in a safety-focused environment. Keen attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to perform precision hand-finishing, filing, and die line removal operations.
• Experience with hand tools, filing, deburring, polishing, finishing, or other detail-oriented manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform die line removal and finishing on ceramic core parts using hand tools.
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects.
• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Use measuring and inspection tools as needed.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with CNC machining operations as business needs require.
