Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to perform precision hand-finishing, filing, and die line removal operations.
• Experience with hand tools, filing, deburring, polishing, finishing, or other detail-oriented manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, inspection, machining, or CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and able to accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with internal customers.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform die line removal and finishing on ceramic core parts using hand tools.
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects.
• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Use measuring and inspection tools as needed.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with CNC machining operations as business needs require.
