Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) on the 2nd shift is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will operate and set up CNC milling machines, load programs, install tooling, and inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.

This hands-on role offers growth with a global aerospace leader. You will use micrometers and calipers, contribute to quality and yield goals, maintain a safe, clean work area, and participate in 6S initiatives while supporting a stable,

• Experience operating CNC milling equipment or similar machining equipment.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to pre-finish fired ceramic cores.
• Load programs, install tooling, and mount fixtures for production runs.
• Load and unload parts while monitoring dimensional and visual quality.
• Make minor machine adjustments and program offsets to maintain accuracy.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform tie-bar cutting operations and review X-rays as required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and yield goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and support 6S initiatives.
