Hytek Finishes Co. is looking for a Polish Operator Trainee in Des Moines, WA. This position involves learning a range of polishing techniques to meet customer-driven requirements, preparing parts, and ensuring operational compliance with Military and OEM specifications. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role requires adherence to FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program. Competitive hourly wage with full-time hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear an N95 respirator during work.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
