Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hand finishing, polishing, and deburring.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Experience with airfoils or aerospace parts is ideal.
• Able to lift over 30 pounds and stand for long portions of the shift.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Hand-belt grind airfoil shapes to the required finish, contour, and dimensions.
• Deburr parts and perform finishing operations on radii, surfaces, and edges.
• Inspect airfoil contour, location, twist, max edges, and platform dimensions.
• Qualify new airfoil setups and determine belting/polishing procedures for new parts.
• Operate and use manufacturing/productivity machinery as required.
