Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months to 2 years ACI experience or related outside experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Must speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Remove coating from parts using chemical processes with or without rectification, protecting substrate.
• Perform hydrogen embrittlement bakes as required by work instructions.
• Read and use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, c-micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Review customer procedures for routing conformance.
• Prepare plating surfaces of all parts and ensure correct polarity in tanks.
• Plate parts to specifications called for on Travelers and clean parts as needed.
