Job summary

HDI Landing Gear, based in Strongsville, OH, seeks a Plater to prepare, maintain, and operate chrome, nickel, and cadmium plating lines for aerospace components. You will follow work instructions and blueprints, ensuring high-quality finishes for both civil and military programs.

Responsibilities include post-plating cleaning, baking, stripping, and maintaining traceability per AS9100. Experience in plating processes and measurement tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Able to measure using dial gauges and micrometers.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and operate plating tanks.
• Perform chrome, cadmium-titanium, and nickel plating processes.
• Ensure traceability and comply with AS9100 and quality requirements.
