Job summary

Moog is seeking a Planning Analyst in Mineral Wells, TX to act as the central coordinator for Production Control, ensuring on‑time delivery by managing materials and production activities from component procurement to ship. You will report to the Planning/Sales Supervisor and work onsite in Mineral Wells, TX.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in production planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to understand and apply complex regulations, procedures related to purchasing, manufacturing, production control, assembly and test and data processing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of production schedules by proactively maintaining ERP/MRP data and analyzing system alerts, exceptions, and planning flags.
• Act as the primary point of contact for routing data management, including creating, updating, and deleting routing notes as needed.
• Analyze and process planned order reports in the ERP system to support material availability, production scheduling, and customer delivery commitments.
• Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of part planning parameters in line with the established materials strategy, inventory plan, and demand profile of the business.
• Responsible for conversion of demand signals into Work Orders in accordance with defined Planning systems and processes.
• Track & action material shortages and lead times to mitigate all risks to the production plan.
