Job summary

Moog Inc. in Mineral Wells, TX is seeking a Planning Analyst to serve as the central coordinator for production control, ensuring on-time delivery by managing material flow from procurement to shipment.

You report to Planning/Sales Supervisor and work onsite, with responsibilities across scheduling, data accuracy in ERP/MRP, and cross-functional collaboration to balance customer demand with capacity and lead times.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of related planning/operations experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with purchasing, manufacturing, and data processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules and ERP/MRP data accuracy.
• Serve as routing data management lead and update PBOMs as needed.
• Convert demand signals into work orders and monitor lead times.
• Develop balanced production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.
• Support audits for customer-owned inventory and cross-functional meetings.
