Job summary

Moog Inc. in Mineral Wells, TX is seeking a Planning Analyst to act as the central coordinator for Production Control, ensuring on-time customer delivery by managing material flow from component acquisition through final shipment.

You will report to the Planning/Sales Supervisor, work onsite, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain schedules, optimize material availability, and respond to supply chain challenges in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years in planning or 5 years in related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to interpret complex regulations related to purchasing, manufacturing and data processing
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP/MRP data and analyze system alerts to ensure accurate production schedules
• Serve as primary routing data management contact, updating routing notes as needed
• Process planned order reports to support material availability and delivery commitments
• Develop balanced production plans aligned with customer demands through capacity analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits for customer-owned inventory
• Manage WIP levels and provide clear build status
• Facilitate Planning Bill of Materials updates in response to demand changes
• Construct Line of Balance (LOBs) and communicate gaps and priorities
