Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Pilot Trainer Developer (Level 4) to shape the next generation of aircrew proficiency through technology-driven instruction. You will design, develop, and deliver advanced aerospace training solutions and collaborate with engineers, test aircrew, and technicians to continuously improve training programs.

Travel up to 20% to deliver hands-on instruction and ensure safety, precision, and continuous improvement across aircraft and ground systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience developing, planning, and facilitating training.
Experience instructing mission planning, execution, debriefing, communications and ground control operations.
Secret Clearance required to start; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and instruct creative training courses for existing and developmental systems.
Provide training to customer personnel at various locations.
Support aircrew by briefing and training test and production crews, and systems engineers.
Collaborate with test aircrew, engineers, and technicians to design, implement, and evaluate training and technical publications.
Integrate instructional-design trends into training aids like simulators and devices.
