Job summary

CGS seeks a Physical Therapist to support the healthcare mission of a large federal agency. You will work to maximize physical readiness of fighter aircrew through MSK evaluations, injury prevention, and rehab programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure DHA/DoD protocol compliance, and maintain documentation in approved records systems. U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
3+ years' experience as a PT in high-performance environments. Recency within last 2 years.
Current (or ability to obtain prior to start) CPR with AED certification from AHA/Red Cross.
Current (or ability to obtain) Secret security clearance (T3 background).
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Conduct MSK evaluations and interventions.
Design, implement, and monitor injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Order imaging, labs, and specialist consultations as needed.
Document work in approved electronic record systems.
Educate aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.
Comply with DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
