Duties and Responsibilities
    MSK Evaluations and Interventions.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
  • Order imaging, labs, and specialist consultations as needed.
  • Document work performed in approved electronic record systems.
  • Educate aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.
  • Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited program.
  • + years’ experience as a PT in collegiate, professional, Olympic, tactical (military), aerospace, or similar high‑performance environment; experience must be recent within the last 2 years.
  • Current CPR certification (including AED) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Current (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience as a PT in collegiate, professional, Olympic, tactical (military), aerospace, or similar high‑performance environment; experience must be recent within the last 2 years.
  • At least one of the following:
    • ABPTS OCS or SCS certification.
    • Orthopedic or sports residency/fellowship training.
    • Advanced Dry Needling Certification (Level 2) and Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) certification.
