CGS is seeking a our team supporting the healthcare mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in providing healthcare support tasks such as injury prevention, fitness exams, readiness reports, and rehab programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
MSK Evaluations and Interventions.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
- Order imaging, labs, and specialist consultations as needed.
- Document work performed in approved electronic record systems.
- Educate aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.
- Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited program.
- + years’ experience as a PT in collegiate, professional, Olympic, tactical (military), aerospace, or similar high‑performance environment; experience must be recent within the last 2 years.
- Current CPR certification (including AED) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Current (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a PT in collegiate, professional, Olympic, tactical (military), aerospace, or similar high‑performance environment; experience must be recent within the last 2 years.
- At least one of the following:
- ABPTS OCS or SCS certification.
- Orthopedic or sports residency/fellowship training.
- Advanced Dry Needling Certification (Level 2) and Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) certification.

Compensation
$85,000 - $90,000 a year
