Job summary

Sceye, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to lead PCB production, verification, and circuit analysis for our stratospheric platforms. You will verify layouts in Altium and Eagle, assemble boards, and validate designs to prevent arcing or shorts.

Secondary duties include assembling battery sub-assemblies and solar modules, wiring, and basic testing. You’ll contribute to a robust hardware team in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with PCB software and PCB fabrication verification.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• PCB Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and inspect PCB boards per designs and verify quality.
• PCB Software & Design Verification: Use Altium/Eagle to analyze schematics and Gerber files.
• Quality & Clearance Checks: Review creepage clearances, trace spacing, and thermal resistance pre/post assembly.
• Feedback & Improvement: Identify layout issues and provide design feedback to engineering.
