Job summary

Trillium-Engineering in Hood River, OR is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, document, and support electronic hardware across our product lifecycle. You will focus on PCB manufacturing and coordinate with production, procurement, and vendors to ensure performance and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and 3–5 years of development experience, with proficiency in Altium Designer and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a developmental engineering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering theories, concepts, and practices to resolve difficult issues.
• Knowledge of processes, procedures, technology or software.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and document analog, digital, and power circuits for aerospace applications.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation including BOMs and fabrication/release packages.
• Support prototype assembly, bring-up, and functional testing.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on prototypes, production units, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration with mechanical and software systems.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, procurement, and PCB fabrication/assembly vendors.
