Job summary

E-Space is seeking a proactive Buyer to support the transition of components and PCBs from development into production for aerospace applications. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and supply chain to ensure supplier readiness and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in procurement, strong PCB and manufacturing lifecycle knowledge, and experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle. Expect collaboration with domestic and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in aerospace or electronics.
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing lifecycle and lifecycle requirements.
• Experience dealing with large component distributors.
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure PCBs and related components for aerospace systems.
• Support transition from prototype/NPI to production for supplier scalability and readiness.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with domestic and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or cost issues.
• Maintain procurement documentation and support audits.
• Ensure supplier compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100, ITAR.
