Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a PCB Assembler for our 2nd shift in Mount Pleasant, PA. No prior electronics experience is required—we will train you to assemble printed circuit boards and related components with a focus on quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• No prior defense, electronics, or manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read instructions, diagrams, and small print.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards following detailed instructions, drawings, and diagrams.
• Cut, form, and prepare electronic components.
• Perform manual placement of through-hole components.
• Assemble chassis and electromechanical components.
• Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies.
• Follow established quality standards and workmanship requirements.
• Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Support the production of electronic products used by defense and other critical customers.
• Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement.
