Job summary

Southern Utah University seeks a Hub Coordinator to lead regional outreach, coordinate high school visits, and connect students with aerospace career pathways. You will drive Launchpad modules, manage partnerships with employers and educators, and track participant progress across multiple programs.

The role requires significant travel within the region and a focus on non-traditional learners, with opportunities to innovate outreach processes and participate in ongoing advisory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 1–2 years in adult education or career advising preferred.
• Experience with non-traditional learners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high school and CTE outreach across Utah.
• Deliver Launchpad curriculum modules to students and teachers.
• Serve as the hub liaison among employers, educators, and higher ed partners.
• Maintain participant tracking and pathway progression data.
• Identify and pilot innovations in outreach and project management.
• Perform other duties to support the hub grant initiative.
